About six months ago I found a way to bike between from where I live in North Kansas City to my work in Claycomo, about eight miles each way. I had been getting frustrated, sitting in traffic all the time, and had put on about 15 pounds in the past four years.  Plus, the cost of gas was my new incentive to do it.
